Description
Cozy destination in a beautiful Valkeisrinne district. 100 m to the pond Valkeisenlampi with the common jetty. 28 km north from Kuusamo, distance to Ruka ski resort is 1,5 km along a hiking trail, 6,5 km distance by a car (1,5 km along a ski trail), pond Valkeisenlampi 100 m. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Wooden/stone semi-detached apartment, built in 1989. Spacious living room/kitchen with big window, in the dining area a breakfast cabinet (microwave, kettle and toaster). Heat-storing fire place with baking space, e.g. for stewing food. Bedroom 1 with 2 beds and workdesk, bedroom 2 with 2 beds and workdesk, bed 3 room with 2 beds. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. Toilet renovated in 2022. Electric sauna, washroom/shower (renovated in 2004). Good closet spaces in bedrooms and hallway. WiFi, Playstation 3 and lots of games, 2 workstations for remote work (incl. screen and keyboard). The high chair is a Stokke Tripp-Trapp chair, also a travel cot and potty for a child. In a lockable warehouse sledges, sliders and 3 Stiga children's snowboard boards. There are table, 5 chairs and bench in the terrace. The ball grill and terrace furniture available when there is no snow. More information: There are also other destinations in the area. The nearest ski lift is Pessari (900 m), access: climb down a steep slope in order to reach the pond Yli-Pessarilampi, then across the pond to the ski lift. Other distances: Oulanka National Park/Karhunkierros trail 20 km, Riisitunturi 26 km, Kuusamo Airport 31 km. Valkeisenvaara hiking trail (in summer) 50 m. Distance to Ruka village (West Ruka) is 1,5 km by foot. Reservations start at 16 and end at 12 (also weekend reservations).
