Description
Cozy apartment in a semi-detached house, built in 2009, located in a peaceful district near the pond Salmilampi. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
The apartment is clean and has high-quality sleeping facilities for 6 people. Bedroom 1 (on the ground floor): double bed, bedroom 2 (on the upper floor): double bed, sleeping alcove (on the upper floor): 2 beds. Ski trail (Talvijarvi – Konttainen), distance is less than 200 m. Sauna and WC on the ground floor. The second WC is on the upper floor. 28 km to the north from Kuusamo, ski resort 3,5 km, grocery 2,6 km, ski bus 600 meters, cross-country ski trail about 200 meters, Salmilampi pond 200 m. More information: There is a light fireplace creating nice atmosphere in the living room. Glazed terrace on the back side. There is a ski maintenance room in the separate air-raid shelter building. Other distances: Oulanka National Park/Karhunkierros trail 20 km, Riisitunturi 26 km. Reservations start at 16 and end at 12 (also weekend reservations).
