Cosy cottage that is built of high quality materials and decorated beautifully. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Cottage is situated in a peaceful area in the East side of Ruka within a short distance of the services and slopes. Magnificent view from the upper terraces towards the fell and lake Vuosselijarvi. 28 km north of Kuusamo, Eastern Ruka (Vuosseli) 1.4 km, Western Ruka (Ruka village) 5.5 km. Separate 3-storey cottage in a great location, built in 2011. Downstairs: living room with a fireplace, bedroom (no window) with bunk bed and 2 beds, shower room, electric sauna, toilet, utility room, large terrace. On the middle floor: living room, fireplace, open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms both with 2 beds a 80x200 cm, toilet, large terrace. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed, balcony, toilet with shower. On the yard a carport for two cars. There are two fireplaces, three televisions and a gas grill in the cottage. Internet: 5 G. Lean-to on the yard (can be used also during winter, but client should make snow clearing). Final cleaning is included in bookings made after 26.12.21 (in earlier bookings it is included if ordered separately). Construction work on the neighboring plot. It will probably be completed by the end of year 2022. Cottage is at the clients disposal from 16.00 (4 pm) on the day of arrival to 12.00 (12 noon) on the day of departure, also in weekend reservations.
