Description
26km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 12 km, Lake Kuontijarvi 30 m, sanded shore, but otherwise soft and muddy, rowing boat. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Log cottage, built in 2014, bedroom: double bed, combined kitchen/living room: convertible sofa for two, loft (30 m²): 3 beds, electric sauna. Gasgrill and grill with wood, gasgrill is use only for period 1.6.-30.9. On the spot there is a Hot tub, which is not in use and will not be rented to customers. Beautiful view over the lake Kuontijarvi. Peaceful location. Additional equipment: Trampoline for children. Other distances: Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 20 km, Riisitunturi Fell 26 km. Orjasniemi reindeer farm 1 km (attn. there is also another reindeer farm near by the cottage, but it's not offering any tourist services and it's private area). Additional information: Sauna (running cold water into sauna) by the lake in summertime (1.6. - 30.9.) and dressing room. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
