Description
41 km to the northwest from Rovaniemi, lake Palojarvi 80 m (length 7 km, width 0,6 km), shallow beach, sand bottom, mud deeper, pier (from summer 2021 onwards), two rowing boats (another is wooden boat). Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Located next to the Palojarvi resort. Wooden house, built in 1983, renovated in 2020. Living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds made into a double bed, in the another bedroom 12 cm wide bed, sauna, washroom, separate WC and covered terrace. Lakeside sauna with fireplace room, living room and covered terrace. Dog fence with doghouse. Pump organ (instrument) in the living room. There are also equipment like electric smoker, garden pavilion and garden swing in the cabin. Several berry bushes, guests are allowed to pick berries. There is also an old farm building located on the plot. The house is located next to the Palojarvi resort, distance is about 150 m. The resort is open during the holiday season and offers a small shop, restaurant and barbecue, equipment rental, beach, etc. Full-sized disc golf course will be built on the area during autumn 2020. Services of Rovaniemi city center 41 km, Ounasvaara 45 km, Arctic Circle 50 km. Road from Rovaniemi to Pello is closely located (45 m) - traffic voices are clear.
