Description
On the south side of the Rovaniemi town, close to the city services, by the Kemijoki beach, distance to the beach 11 m, river width 700 m, shallow beach, hard, rocky bottom, dock, stairs to the dock, own boat. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
A wooden semi detached apartment, built in 1986, renovated and extended 2008. Living room, kitchen (no door), bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds, third bedroom with 5 beds. Sauna, washroom, dressing room, separate toilet, game room upstairs (not for sleeping), covered terrace and open terrace. The washroom has a hydro massage bath and toilet. An cable TV and Wi-Fi. As an extra beds 4 mattresses, which can be placed where needed. In the yard there is a slide and a sandbox for children. Spacious and well-equipped apartment on the big riverbank right next to the city center. The distance to the center is 6 km, so Villa Lehmus is an excellent base for active holidaymakers. Rovaniemi's services are easily accessible, local bus stop less than 100 meters away. The nearest skiing track is on the river 100 m away, Ounasvaara ski tracks 7 km away. Public beach 200 m, lean and fire place 300 m, service station restaurant 1.7 km. Center shopping malls 6 km, Cultural Center Korundi 6 km, Science Center and Museum Arktikum 7 km, Sports and Recreation Center Santasport (including spa) 7 km, Arctic Circle and Santapark 14 km, Ounasvaara Ski Resort 10 km. Railway station 5 km, airport 15 km. Ranua Wildlife Park 84 km.
