Description
64 km north of Jyvaskyla, Lake Pyhajarvi 12 m (length 18 km, width 3 km), rather deep, hard moraine bottom, own boat. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Log chalet 2000, living room/kitchen extra double bed, washroom with WC, roofed terrace on 3 sides. In upstairs there are lounge area, balcony and double bed. Cottage is made of half-round logs and tastefully painted. In kitchen a wood-burning stove with an oven is a useful extra. Yard building in summer use with access to an EKO toilet via a terrace. Lakeshore sauna 30 m², washroom with cold water pipe and wood-burning stove with hot water cauldron. Sauna rest room with extendible double bed, steps from terrace down to jetty. NOTE! Maximum for 6 persons only! Maximum number of pets 2 (for bringing more must be agreed with the owner in advance). Cottage located on steep, stony slope on shore of clearwater, fish-rich Lake Pyhajarvi, natural state yard. Car parking about 40 m above the cottage. This is the clearest, low-nutrient lake on the Saarijarvi watercourse, water is drinkable. In front of cottage a level, roofed terrace with gas grill on the slope, steps down to lakeshore sauna, shore has large jetty platform and swimming jetty with benches and swim ladder. In the summer in the price is included 2 ‘katiska’ fish traps and rods for fishing with worm bait. Outdoor games like badminton, Molkky, dartboard available. Paavonrinteet ski resort and Kusiaismaki downhill ski centre 28 km, Pyha-Hakki National Park 14 km, Summassaari Stone Age village 30 km, Aanekoski 20 km.
