Description
100 km northwest of Jyvaskyla, lake Karankajarvi 25m, hard, sanded, rather deep beach, pier, own boat. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Villa built 2016, spacious living room and dining area, two bedrooms, both with double beds, washroom with shower cubicle, toilet and washing machine, vestibule. On the beach side spacious glazed porch with dining furniture. Separate beach sauna completed 2017, sauna heated with wood, living room with a spread bed, terrace. From sauna to the beach 5 m. Villa is in field landscape and lake opens to south. Lake rich in fish, land with berries and mushrooms near, swamp with cloudberries also near. Games as frisbee golf and croquet available. Center of Pylkonmaki 8 km, Karstula 20 km, Saarijarvi 38 km, national park of Pyha-Hakki 55 km, Ahtari zoo and golf 52 km, airport of Jyvaskyla 84 km.
