Description
Spacious and clean apartment in a semi-detached house in Sallatunturi tourist center close to the ski slopes and services. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Facilities on three floors and magnificent views of the slopes. Wooden apartment, built in 2012. On the middle floor there is a living room/kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, small bedroom with 1 bed, WC, shower and balcony. On the ground floor there is sauna, washroom, bedroom with 2 beds (no window), living area/utility room, spreadable sofa and separate WC. On the mezzanine floor there is living area with double bed (width 140 cm) in its own compartment and spreadable sofa bed. In connection with the loft there is also balcony. On the ground floor of the apartment, garage for snowmobile. This space is suitable for storing equipment and ski maintenance, for example. Lifting door in the garage. Car shelter. The apartment has district heating and floor heating. Services of Sallatunturi tourist center are less than a kilometer away. The nearest ski slope is Kilparinne within 700 m distance, sports hall Salla-halli 700 m. Spa hotel 600 km. Public beach with barbecue and campfire facilities in both hut and outdoor within 700 m distance. Salla Reindeer park 4 km, Salla National Park 4 km. Services of Salla municipality center 10 km.
