Description
100 km to the north from Kuusamo, 70 km to the east from Kemijarvi, in Sallatunturi tourist center. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Wooden villa, built in 2014. Facilities on three floors. On the ground floor, sauna department with steam room, washroom, hydro massage bath and 2 showers, TV room, TV is equipped with card slot and surround sound system (for watching movies etc.), bedroom with 2 beds, utility room and separate WC. On the middle floor, living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with 2 beds, separate WC with shower cubicle and covered terrace. On the upper floor loft with four beds. Car shelter and cooking hut. Lux III is an exclusive villa with several amenities. Villa is located in a quiet area at the end of the road. Services of Sallatunturi tourist center are easily reachable. Spa Holiday Club Salla 1,6 km, sports hall 4 km, Salla Reindeer Park 4 km, Hautajarvi Nature center (operated by the Finnish Forest Administration) 30 km. The nearest shop is a small grocery store connected to the hotel, larger shops are in Salla, distance is about 11 km. The nearest store is not open in the following periods: 1.5 - 31.5. and 1.10.-30.11. During these periods, distance to the nearest store is 11 km. Public beach with barbecue and campfire facilities in both hut and outdoor within 1,2 km distance.
