Description
Spacious and clean apartment in a row house in Sallatunturi tourist center, close to the ski slopes and services. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Facilities on three floors and magnificent views of the slopes. Wood-built gable apartment in a row house, three apartments in total, built in 2021. On the middle floor there is a living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, WC, shower and balcony. On the ground floor there is sauna, washroom, sauna room/utility room, spreadable sofa in sauna room and separate WC. On the mezzanine floor there is a living area with double bed (width 140 cm) in its own compartment and spreadable sofa bed. In connection with the loft, there is also a balcony. On the ground floor of the apartment, garage for snowmobile. This space is suitable for storing equipment and ski maintenance, for example. The garage is equipped with roll-up door, a space in front of the door can be accessed by a car. Car shelter. The apartment has district heating and floor heating. Services of Sallatunturi tourist center are less than a kilometer away. The nearest ski slope is Kilparinne within 700 m distance, sports hall Salla-halli 700 m. Spa hotel 600 km. Public beach with barbecue and campfire facilities in both hut and outdoor within 700 m distance. Salla reindeer park 4 km, services of Salla municipality center 10 km.
