Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking space n "Mathieu"au sous sol. Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 01.12. to 30.04.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 350 m, shopping centre 500 m, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Chamonix Mont-Blanc" 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.3 km, sports centre 1 km, skisport facilities 80 m, ski school 300 m, cross country ski track 1 km. Nearby attractions: Telepherique de l'Aiguille du Midi 1.1 km, Train du Montenvers Mer de Glace 1.2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
