Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony, east facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. In a quiet position on top of a hill, 1 km from the edge of the forest, 2 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 5 km, railway station "Bourg Sainte Maurice" 14 km. Chair lift 2 km, slopes 2 km. Nearby attractions: Parc National de la Vanoise. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les Arcs 2 km, Val d'Isere & Tignes 25 km, Sainte Foy Tarentaise 10 km. Hiking paths: La Vanoise. Please note: car recommended. Local sale of farm products. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
