Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: large gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). South facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage space n 440. Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the residence but with regard to the ski runs, it is on the 4th. In the district of Fontanettes 800 m from the centre of La Croisette, in a quiet position, 50 m from the skiing area. Public parking on the road. Grocery, shopping centre 800 m, 10 minute walk to the centre. Sports centre 800 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes 50 m, ski school 800 m, cross country ski track 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les 3 Vallees. Please note: no lift. The photograph shows a typical example. Additional accommodations can be booked.
