Open kitchen (4 hot plates, mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, combination microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony, north-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking (roofed, 1 car). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. No lift. Residence "Chalet des Pistes". In the resort, 1.5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, situated at the foot of a mountain, located by a road. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop 300 m, restaurant 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6 km. Tennis 1 km, minigolf 1 km, skisport facilities 200 m, ice field 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
