Kitchenette (mini-oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony, north facing position and, east facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift. On the outskirts, 800 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop, restaurant 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.6 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 4.7 km. Tennis 1.6 km, minigolf 1.6 km, gondola lift 1.8 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ice field 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont-Blanc. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Ski bus (free of charge).
