Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, south-east facing position. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, restaurant 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, thermal baths 10 km. Tennis 5 km, gondola lift 4 km, ski bus stop 10 m, ice field 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: EVASION MONT BLANC. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.
