Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (NESSPRESSO) extra) with hatch. Bathroom, sep. WC. Large balcony, south facing position. Deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. In a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, 150 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Shop, supermarket, shopping centre 10 m, restaurant 5 m. Gondola lift 100 m, skisport facilities 50 m, ski rental 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy 50 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes le Lac.
