Small balcony 2 m2, south facing position. Beautiful view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Above de Val Thorens, in the district of Peclet. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Shop, grocery, supermarket, shopping centre 20 m, restaurant, bar, cafe 5 m. Skisport facilities 300 m, slopes 200 m, ice field 20 m. Please note: not suitable for small children. Nightclub/disco. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Bar and restaurant at the bottom of the building. Well situated for nightlife. Not suitable for families.
