Description
3-room house 56 m2. Cosy single-family house "Nest".
Object suitable for 4 adults + 1 child. Stylish and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, conservatory. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Blu-ray player. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Access to the winter garden is through one of the rooms with double bed. Additional Nespresso coffee machine (capsules extra) available. The extra bed that can be booked is a loft bed in one of the double rooms (80x200). On the outskirts, 400 m from the centre, in a quiet, elevated position, 100 m from the edge of the forest. In the house: central heating system. Roofed, parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 450 m, bakery 4 km, bus stop "Rathaus" 450 m, railway station "Loffingen" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 600 m, indoor swimming pool 650 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, cross country ski track 500 m, children's playground 60 m. Nearby attractions: Freiburg 45 km, Donaueschingen 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Feldberg 35 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Kirnbergsee 6 km, Titisee 23 km, Schluchsee 39 km. Hiking paths: Wutachschlucht 12 km.
