In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 01.12. to 01.05.. Motor access to the house. Public parking on the road extra. Shop 100 m, grocery 500 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 10 m, cafe, 100 m. Chair lift, ski rental, ski school 500 m, children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Lago di Carezza 24 km, Sella Ronda 500 m. Please note: lift to 3rd floor.
