In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.12. to 01.05.. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bar 500 m. Ski lift 1 km, ski bus stop 400 m. Nearby attractions: Funivia Belvedere Canazei 3 km, Marmolada Passo Fedaia 12 km.
