For shared use: well-kept terraced garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 50 m, pedestrian zone 2 km, ferry "Ferry Terminal Garda" 2.2 km, pebble beach 2 km, thermal baths "Gardacqua" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km.
