Description
1-room apartment 16 m2 on 1st floor. Apartment block "Promenade (Utoring)".
Simple furnishings: 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC, TV connection and radio. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Rear-facing position. In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m. Mountain railway 500 m. Delivery service available. Beautiful hiking trails from the house. Warning: the car park or garage facilities must be pre-booked with the keyholder: parking 5CHF/day, covered parking 8CHF/day, garage parking 16CHF/day. Apartments with satellite TV (included, except for types 10 and 12: 40CHF/week). Lounge with Internet access (WiFi). Ski passes available at the reception.
