Shop 200 m, grocery 400 m, restaurant, pedestrian zone 200 m, 4 minute walk to the centre. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Ascona-Locarno, Falconeria Locarno. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Monte Verita, Ronco s/Ascona, Cardada, Valle Maggia, Centovalli, Valle Verzasca. Please note: suitable for families, suitable for seniors baby equipment on request (extra).
