Spacious, partly with sloping ceilings, rustic and wooden furniture furnishings: open living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, radio and wood-burning stove. Exit to the garden. 1 small room with 1 french bed (1 x 120 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Shower/WC. Wood heating. Top floor: (ladder), ceiling height 105 - 170 cm with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Large porch. Deck chairs (3). Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher. Above Largario, in the district Valle di Blenio, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: natural state property (fenced). Pergola, terrace, barbecue. Motor access to 50 m from the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, bakery 8 km, cafe 8 km, railway station "SBB-CFF Biasca" 23.5 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Negrentino, Museo Blenio, Cima Norma, Castello Seravalle, Archivio Donetta, Castelli di Bellinzona (UNESCO), Mercato Bellinzona (sabato), Monte Tamaro-Splash and SPA, Rivera. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Luzzone, Lago Ritom, Lago Maggiore, lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Nara, Lucomagno, Valle di Blenio. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families.
