Small, open kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Parquet floors. Patio. Sitting area. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. Important to know: Ideal starting point for great hiking and bike tours. Absolutely great for nature lovers, NO TV! NL-00001842 On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property. Patio, fireplace. 2.5 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking at the house. Grocery 4.4 km, restaurant 3 km, railway station "SBB-CFF Biasca" 9 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m.
