Garage space n 1er place a gauche. In the centre of Champex, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the lake, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Motor access to the house. Shop, restaurant 20 m. Ski lift 500 m, skisport facilities 1 km, ski rental, fishing possibilities 100 m.
