In the resort, 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the lake. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 600 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m, bathing lake 30 m.
