Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Large balcony 14 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. In the resort 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: lift, storage room for skis. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 300 m, extra. Shop, supermarket, bakery 500 m, bus stop "Victoria" 400 m. Skisport facilities 700 m.
