Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 6, height 210 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. On the place of garage: lying down height 10 cm. Not suitable for a car that is too low. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Crans, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, communal covered parking. Restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Zier" 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, skisport facilities 800 m. Shuttle bus operates in Winter and from the end of June up to mid-September.
