On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC, hydro massage shower. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) gallery with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 2 balconies, terrace. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Reserved parking (roofed, 2 cars) at 150 m. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher. In the resort, in a central, quiet position on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. 50 m steep footpath (20 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 300 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 300 m. Tennis, minigolf 500 m, walking paths from the house 1 m, cable car 300 m, ski rental 200 m, ice field, children's playground 500 m. Please note: car recommended.
