In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Communal covered parking. Shop, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, railway station 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Chair lift 800 m, ski school 200 m, cross country ski track, ice field 300 m. Nearby attractions: Oeschinensee, Blausee. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kandersteg Nordic Arena, Adelboden-Lenk, Lauchernalp. Hiking paths: Sunnbuel-Gemmi, Lotschental.
