Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates) with dining table. Bath/WC. Small balcony, north facing position and west facing position. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 7-5 at the house, height 194 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. No skis and ski boots allowed in the apartment in the winter. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Laax, in the district Surselva, in a quiet position, in the countryside. For shared use: table tennis. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 194 cm. Shop 150 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bar 150 m, bus stop "Postauto" 200 m, railway station "Chur" 25 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, walking paths from the house, cable car, mountain railway 100 m, ski lift 150 m, ski school 100 m, sled run 200 m. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht, Chur, Parc Ela. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims - Laax. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Crestasee, Caumasee.
