Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 children's room with sloping ceilings with 4 sleeping facilities. 1 room with 1 sofabed and cable TV (flat screen). Bath/shower/WC. Large balcony. Balcony furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains, the ski run, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (3 cars) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Direct access to the apartment from the elevator. Modern kitchen island, with a Teppanyaki stove. In the resort, 200 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the skiing area. In the house: sauna, lift, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), drying room, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 3 cars), communal covered parking. Shop, grocery, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Parpan" 200 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake "Heidsee" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, cable car 4 km, ski lift, chair lift, skisport facilities, slopes 300 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school, children's ski school, sled run 300 m, cross country ski track 50 m, ice field 200 m, children's playground 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Lenzerheide-Arosa. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
