Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Outside the resort, 1.2 km from the centre of Locarno, in a quiet, sunny position. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 350 m, restaurant 200 m, pedestrian zone 1.2 km, 14 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Selva, Bus 7" 250 m, railway station "Locarno - Muralto SBB-CFF" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, minigolf 1.7 km, children's playground 50 m. Nearby attractions: Ascona, Isole di Brissago, Madonna del Sasso, Orselina, Castelli di Bellinzona (UNESCO), Ponte Tibetano, Monte Carasso, Mercato Cannobio IT, Mercato Luino IT, Mercato Ponte Tresa IT. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Centovalli, Vallemaggia, Valle Verzasca, Cardada, Monte Lema, Monte Generoso, Monte Tamaro - Splash & SPA, Rivera. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra).
