Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Heating. Large balcony. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue (portable). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the river. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Important: only 1 parking space available! On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Locarno, in a sunny, elevated position, 100 m from the river. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Railway station "St. Martino" 200 m, pebble beach "Maggia" 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4.4 km, minigolf 4.5 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. Nearby attractions: Falconeria, Locarno, Isole di Brissago, Madonna del Sasso, Orselina, Mercato Canobbio IT, Mercato Luino IT, Mercato Ponte Tresa IT. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Como, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Centovalli, Vallemaggia, Valle Verzasca, Gardada, Monte Lema, Monte Generoso.
