Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra). Bath/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Partial view of the garden. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 35. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. (No cats). On the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Piazza Grande, Locarno, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the lake, in the countryside.
