Exit to the patio. Small kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Heating. Patio partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (1). Beautiful view of the garden. Please note: non-smokers only. On the outskirts, 1.8 km from the centre of Piazza Grande, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the lake, in the countryside. In the house: reception, lounge, lift, roof terrace, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, public parking 100 m on the road extra. Shop 1.1 km, grocery 1.1 km, restaurant, cafe 80 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Linie 3 + 4" 50 m, railway station "Locarno SBB-CFF" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 50 m, thermal baths "Termali & Salini" 80 m, public bathing area 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 400 m, minigolf 2 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como.
