Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, shower. Bath/WC. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Above Moleson, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. Private: small garden. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (75 steps) to the house. Parking. Grocery 12 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop 1.9 km, thermal baths "Gruyere" 17 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski school 1.9 km, sled run 1.9 km. Nearby attractions: Gruyere 8 km, Maison de Cailler-Le Chocolat Suisse 13 km, Bulle 13 km, Fribourg 38 km, Gstaad 48 km, Montreux 49 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Moleson 2 km, Gstaad 48 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Gruyere 22 km, Lac Leman 49 km. Hiking paths: Moleson.
