Exit to the patio. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC, shower. Balcony, east facing position, large terrace, south facing position, large garden, west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking, garage, height 190 cm, width 220 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private: well-kept garden (not fenced). Motor access to the house. Shop 700 m, 10 minute walk to the centre. Golf course 18 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet 4 Vallees 1.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
