Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Balcony, north facing position and, east facing position, 2 terraces, east facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. In the resort, on a slope. Private: garden with lawn. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Stepped path (31 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Sion" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course 13 km, tennis 5 km, skisport facilities 5.5 km, ski school 5 km. Please note: car recommended.
