Balcony, north facing position, terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, on a slope, 700 m from the skiing area. Private: garden furniture. Steep motor access to 50 m from the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km. Golf course 18 km, gondola lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 1 km.
