Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with small dining table. Sep. WC. Top floor: 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. 2 showers/WC. Electric heating, underfloor heating. 2 balconies, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. In the resort Sornard, 2.5 km from the centre of Nendaz, 13 km from the centre of Sion. Private: small garden (not fenced) with meadow. In the house: sauna, relaxation room.
