Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (190 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Balcony, north facing position, large terrace, south-west facing position. Barbecue (portable). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car), garage, height 195 cm, width 250 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. On the outskirts. Private: garden with lawn. In the house: ski boot dryer. Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1 km. Golf course 18 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 600 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
