Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Outside the resort, 30 m from the skiing area, 20 m from the stream. Private: natural garden 500 m2. Bumpy, steep motor access to 50 m from the house, except in winter 150 m. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. 100 m steep footpath (40 steps) to the house. Parking space n 10 (in winter) at 150 m. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m. Gondola lift 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet piste de ski 10 m. Hiking paths: Le bisse Vieux 300 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
