"Ardeve No 7", 4-room apartment 100 m2 on 1st floor, south-east facing position. Modern apartment house "L'Ardeve", 3 storeys.
Very comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV, CD-player, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), radio. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and hand-basin. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Large balcony. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking, garage space n 7, height 205 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Possibilitiy to buy the capsules from the Interhome office. In the district of Bellevue, 1 km from the centre, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Grocery 1.3 km, restaurant, bar 300 m, bakery 1.3 km, cafe 300 m, bus stop "Ovronnaz, Centre therm. Melley", thermal baths 300 m. Tennis 2 km, slopes 2 km, ski rental 1 km, ski bus stop 40 m, ski school 1 km, ski-kindergarten 1 km, cross country ski track 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region d'Ovronnaz. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.
