On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 room with 2 pull-out beds (2 pers.), hand-basin. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/WC, shower. Electric heating. Balcony. Deck chairs, box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage. Please note: non-smokers only. Private: garden. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine. Room cleaning weekly (extra). Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Single garage. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 500 m, thermal baths 2 km. Slopes 2.8 km, ski bus stop 1.5 km, cross country ski track 2.8 km. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge).
