Upper floor: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony, east facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso), fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Top floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony, east facing position. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds. Exit to the garden, west facing position. 1 small room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Blu-ray player. Reserved parking (3 cars) at 70 m. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Saas-Grund, in a quiet, elevated position, 1.6 km from the skiing area. Private: small garden with lawn. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 70 m from the house. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at 70 m. Shop 1.6 km, restaurant 20 m, bus stop 200 m. Cable car 1.6 km, cross country ski track 50 m, ice field 1.6 km. With client card, guests receive discounts on ski lift and free regional buses in the Saas Valley.
