Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, combination microwave, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)) with hatch. Bath/bidet/WC. Oil heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n A258 (roofed), height 190 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. The bunk beds in the living / dining room can be folded down, length 190 cm. In the resort 150 m from the centre of Verbier, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking space n 258 public parking 1 km. Shop 150 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant, bar, bakery, cafe 150 m, bus stop "L'Ermitage" 150 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.9 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 1 km, sports centre 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 500 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 550 m, ski-kindergarten 800 m, ice field 1 km, children's playground 200 m. Free ski bus service to the ski region Medran 500m, Savoleyres 1km and Carrefour 2.9km. Please note: 150 m from the property. In the residence: indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, available to tenants from 8 am to 8 pm with pool surveillance from 6 pm to 8 pm. Outside these hours the owner and Interhome decline all responsibility. Open from July 15 to August 30 and from December 15 to the end of April. Children up to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets for the swimming pool and sauna and fitness are available at the Interhome office against a deposit of CHF 100.
